摘 要:在分流锻造法的基础上,提出了弧齿锥齿轮的闭式预锻-分流终锻成形新工艺。采用三维有限元法,分别模拟了传统闭式模锻和闭式预锻-分流终锻两种工艺的成形过程,并对这两种工艺条件下锻件的应力、应变和温度等各种场量的分布规律以及成形载荷等进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,采用闭式预锻-分流终锻成形工艺有利于齿形充填,降低成形载荷,并具有应力数值小、温度分布均匀等特点。A precision forging technology, closed die forging and divided flow, of spiral bevel gears was developed based on the divided flow method. 3D rigid--plastic FEM was used to simulate the forging process of the closed die forging and divided flow and the conventional closed die forging respectively. Some parameters, such as load of forging, stress, strain and temperature were compared for the two forging technologies. Results indicate that the closed die forging and divided flow technology has many advantages, such as small load, small stress and well--proportioned temperature, compared with the conventional closed die forging.
