摘 要:以环氧氯丙烷、N,N,N’,N’-四甲基乙二胺、甲胺、乙胺、十二胺为原料,通过共缩聚反应制备了三种水溶性聚季铵盐。采用正交试验获得了三种聚季铵盐的最佳合成条件:四甲基乙二胺和各中间体的摩尔配比为1.2:1,反应温度控制在70~75℃.反应时间为10~12h,滴加速度为20~25滴/min;采用FTIR、NMR谱对产物结构进行表征,测定了其热稳定性和特征粘数等;初步研究了该类聚合物的杀菌性能,结果表明:药剂浓度为80mg/L时,三种聚季铵盐对异养菌的10h杀葛率都达到92%以上;三种产物的最大特征粘数分别是:13.27mL/g、13.66mL/g、15.03mL/g。Through eopolymcrization using epichlorobydrine, methylamine, ethylamine, laurylamine and N,N,N',N'-tetramethylenediamine as raw materials, three kinds of water-soluble quaternary ammonium polymer were synthesized. The relationship between dosage of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and rate of conversion was studied by orthogonal experiment. The conditions for obtaining the maximal rate of conversion were found. The title polymers were characterized by FT IR, and thermal analyses. The quaternary polymers' antibacterial activities were studied. The bactericidal efficiency of 8 hours was up to 92% when the viscosity was 80 mg/L. The intrinsic viscosity of the quaternary polymers was 13.27 mL/g, 13.66 mL/g and 15.03 mL/g, respectively.
