摘　　要：在改革开放30年之际,本文主要回顾中国饭店业发展的历史进程,剖析中国饭店业发展的现状特点,盘点中国饭店业发展的八大具体转变,并对未来中国饭店业的发展进行展望,以期促进我国饭店业健康、持续、稳定地发展。When the reform and opening-up develops for 30 years, this paper reviews the historical developing course of Chinese Hotel industy, analyzes the present developing situation and characteristics of Chinese Hotel industy, lists the eight developing specific transformations of Chinese Hotel industy, and carries on the prospect of the future development for Chinese Hotel industry. Through the research above, the authors hope to promote the Chinese Hotel industry developing stably, healthily and continually.
