摘  要:以丝瓜为砧木,"中信1号"红籽瓜为接穗,研究淹水胁迫对红籽瓜嫁接苗和自根苗生长和根系生理生化特性的影响。研究结果表明,淹水胁迫后,嫁接苗的生物量和根系活力均显著高于自根苗。随着淹水胁迫时间的延长,可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,嫁接苗植株上升幅度较大而下降幅度较小,并始终显著高于同期的自根苗。嫁接苗根系MDA含量先升后降,而在自根苗中持续上升,且同期自根苗增加幅度明显大于嫁接苗。: Using luffa ( Luffa cylindrica Roem. ) as rootstock and "Zhongxin No.1" Red-seed edible seed watermelon (Citrullus lanatus ssp. vulgaris var. megalaspennus Linet Chao ) as scion, the effects of watedogging stress on the contents of physiological metabolism in leaves of both grafted and own-root seedlings were studied. The results indicated that the biomass of grafted seedlings and the vitality of root system was significantly obviously higher than the own-root seedlings under the waterlogging stress. With the extension of time to watedogging stress, soluble sugar and proline content showed a phenomenon of first rising then deelining~ The level of increasing was bigger than the level of decreasing on both soluble sugar and proline, and the level of changes in grafted seedling is significantly higher than that in own-root seedlings at the same period. MDA content in the root of grafted seedlings increased first and then decreased, but it in own-root seedlings was significantly higher than that in grafted seedling at the same period, and in own-root seedlings was higher than that in the other treatment all the time.
