摘 要:以津春2号自嫁苗、"超丰抗生王"和"黑籽南瓜"嫁接苗为材料,研究了0,5,10mg/LCd2+处理下,3种黄瓜嫁接苗气体交换及叶绿素荧光参数的变化。研究结果表明,镉处理降低了黄瓜叶片的叶绿素含量,抑制了叶片光合作用。其中"超丰抗生王"嫁接苗受抑制程度最大,其电子传递速率、净光合速率等均下降,并且显著低于自嫁苗。"黑籽南瓜"嫁接苗叶绿素含量维持在较高水平。Effect of different Cd2+ concentrations on the chlorophyll content, gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were investigated in grafted cucumber seedlings, and the materials were "Jinchun No.2", grafted "Chaofengkangshengwang" and "Heizi pumpkin". The results showed that photosynthetic performance of all grafted- seedlings decreased under cadmium stress. However, ETR and Pn of grafted "Chaofengkangsheng-wang" were significantly lower than the other grafted plants. In contrast, higher chlorophyll content and ETR of grafted "Heizin pumpkin" were ob- served, suggesting that the Calvin Cycle and energy utilization were maintained at a high level in these plants under cadmium stress.
