摘　　要：目的：观察311nm窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）治疗寻常型银屑病后对患者外周血单一核细胞（PBMc）CD28和CD80表达的影响。方法：50例患者采取NB-UVB照射治疗，利用流式细胞仪检测光疗患者PBMC中CD28和CD80水平。结果：光疗前患者PBMC中CD28和CD80阳性细胞数较正常人显著升高（P〈0．01），光疗后患者PBMC中CD28和CD80阳性细胞数较光疗前显著下降（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论：NB-UVB治疗可下调寻常型银屑病患者外周血单一核细胞CD28和CD80表达，这可能是NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的机制之一。Objective： To investigate the influence of NB - UVB phototherapy on the expression of CD28 and CD80 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： A total of 50 patients were treated with 311 nm NB- UVB radiation. Flow cytometric analysis was employed to measure the expression of CD28 and CD80 on PBMC in psoriasis vulgaris. Results： The expression of CD28 and CD80 in psoriasis vulgaris was sig- nificantly higher than that in normal people （P〈0.01） before phototherapy. Both levels of CD28 and CDSO in psor-iasis vulgaris were lower after phototherapy than before phototherapy （P 〈0.01 and P〈0.05, respectively）. Conclusion： The mechanism of NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris may be related to redneing the expression of CD28 and CD80.
