摘　　要：实验教学是院校人才培养的重要环节，该文对军队院校实验室建设与管理在新型军事人才培养中的重要作用进行了探讨，对建设与管理方面存在的问题进行了分析，并有针对性地提出了一些改进措施。The laboratory teaching is an important link in talents training of military academies. This paper discusses the vital role of the construction and management of laboratories in training brand-new military talents in military academies. This paper analyzes the problems in instruction and management of labs and raises some corresponding and improving measures.
