摘 要:利用油品蒸发损耗及油气回收测试平台,实测了油罐不同装油速度、装油口高度和罐内气体空间初始油气浓度对油气浓度、损耗率以及气液比的变化规律。结果表明,低装油口装油时,液面上升速度为0.371~0.557mm/s,对油气浓度影响不大;当液面上升速度为0.371~1.114mm/s时,高装油口装油时损耗率为2.45‰~4.00‰,而低装油口装油时损耗率为1.08‰~2.09‰;当液面上升速度为0.557~1.114mm/s时,低装油口装油时的气液比为1.13~1.30。研究结果对现实生产管理有重要的指导意义,可为降低油品蒸发损耗、减少环境污染提供依据。An experimental system of evaporation loss in loading gasoline into a tank was built up to investigate gasoline vapor concentration of gas space interior the tank and the volumetric displacement of the vapor-air mixture from the tank affected by the location of gasoline exit interior the tank and the loading speed u, and the volumetric ratio λ of the displacement mixture gas to the loaded gasoline and the qualitative ratio η/of the gaso-line evaporation loss to the gasoline were calculated. The test results showed that with u from 0,371 mm·s^-1 to 0. 557 mm·s^-1 ,the vapor concentration Cπ from the sampling Ti rises slightly for low exit; and that with u from 0. 371 mm·s^-1 to 1. 114 mm·s^-1, η rises from 2.45‰ to 4.00‰ and 1.08‰ to 2.09‰ for high/low exit respectively; and that withu from0.557 mm·s^-11 to 1.114 mm·s^-1, 3, risesfrom 1.13 to 1.30. The re suits can provide base references and guides to reduce petrol evaporation and environment pollution.
