摘 要:研究了电磁搅拌电流对易切削非调质钢30MnVS组织和性能的影响。结果表明,电磁搅拌电流由50A增至250A时,连铸坯的等轴晶率提高了53.3%。同时,C、S元素的偏析程度明显降低,下降幅度分别为50%和14.3%。搅拌电流的增大促进了组织中硫化物形貌由杆状转变为球状和块状,分布更为均匀。硫化物形貌和分布的改进,改善了先共析铁素体的分布,从而促进轧材力学性能的提高,其抗拉强度提高了7.8%,伸长率增幅达到24.4%Effects of current intensity in electromagnetic stirring on microstructure and properties of continuous casting 30MnVS slab were investigated.The results indicate that with current intensity increasing from 50A to 250A,exquiaxed rate in the slab is increased by 53.3%,meanwhile,C and S elements in the slab are decreased by 50% and 14.3%,respectively,evidently improving segregation degree.With increasing in stirring current intensity,morphology of sulfides in the slabs is converted from rod-like structure into spheric and block structure with more uniform distribution,which is responsible for the improvement of mechanical properties of the slab as a result of improving the distribution of pro-eutectoid ferrite,where tensile strength and toughness are increased by 7.8% and by 24.4%,respectively.
