摘  要:通过轧制复合过程,获得了具有高致密度芯层特征的发泡预制坯,研究了轧制压下率对粉末致密度及均匀性的影响,分析了粉末层的变形特征。结果表明,轧制过程可以使芯层粉末获得显著高于热压坯的致密度,综合考虑致密度的总体水平及沿宽度方向的均匀性,最佳轧制压下率为65%。在轧制力的作用下,具有不规则表面的芯层粉末相互接触,并产生变形,粉末颗粒表面的凸起部分与基体分离,轧制后大量小尺寸铝合金粉末颗粒富集于粉末颗粒交界区域。Aluminum foam sandwich perform with high compact sandwich was prepared successfully by rolling-bonding method.Effects of rolling reduction on compactness and uniformity of the powders were analyzed,and deformed characteristics of sandwich was observed.The results indicate that compactness of sandwich powder in rolling-bonding process is greatly superior to that in hot pressing.Desirable rolling reduction is 65%,which can realize acceptable compactness and uniformity along width direction.The powders with irregular surface can contact each other with rolling pressure,which results in the occurrence of deformation and separation of particle surface bossing from the matrix.A large quantity of aluminum alloy powder particles with small size enriches in the interface zone of particles.
