深圳市厂企劳务工心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市劳务工(在深圳是指没有深圳市常住户口,被用人单位招用的员工)的心理健康状况,为有针对性地开展心理卫生工作提供指导。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对深圳市龙岗区1212名厂企劳务工心理状况进行测试。结果劳务工SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数以及躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等6个因子分高于常模(P<0.05),总的阳性率45.71%。结论深圳市厂企劳务工心理健康状况较差,少数有较严重的心理健康问题,要对其进行适当有效的心理健康教育和干预。Objective To survey the psychological health status of LaoWuGong from industrial enterprise in Shenzhen,in order to guid psychological health services.Methods Using symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） to test 1212 LaoWuGong from industrial enterprise of Long Gang distric in Shenzhen city.Results The total score,the general average score,the number of positive item s and scores of six subscales such as body discomfort,Obsessive symptoms,anxiety,phobia,hostility and psychosis were significantly higher than those of national norm（P〈0.05）.The rate of positive test was 45.71%.Conclusion The status of psychological health of LaoWuGong in Shenzhen was inferior to the normal.It is necessary to provide psychological health services for LaoWuGong.
