蒿属植物黄酮类化学成分及药理活性研究概况

摘　　要：本文论述了蒿属植物黄酮类化学成分的结构特点和药理活性.目前已从蒿属植物中分离出百余种黄酮类化学成分,一些成分在抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤等方面显示了较好的活性.蒿属植物在自然界分布广泛,黄酮类成分丰富且具有多种药理活性,开展蒿属植物的研究,对发现新的药用活性成分及资源开发有重要意义.The status of chemical and pharmacological studies on Artemisia was analyzed in this paper. More than 100 flavonoids were isolated and some exhibited antibacterial, anticancer activities.Conclusion： Studies on Artemisia would have important significance to the finding of new bioactive compounds and the protection of resources.
