摘 要:为适应"十一五"期间乃至今后天津市节水灌溉发展的新形势和节约型社会建设的要求,摸清全市农业灌溉水利用现状,为科学制订农业节水发展思路和目标提供基础依据,本文应用首尾分析测算法,在对天津市灌区综合调研的基础上,选择不同规模与类型的典型灌区作为样点灌区,搜集整理样点有关资料,并开展必要的田间观测,通过综合分析,得出样点灌区灌溉用水有效利用系数。以此为基础,得到不同规模与类型灌区的灌溉用水有效利用系数,最后推算出全市的灌溉用水利用率。In order to meet the demand of the water saving irrigation development and the water-saving society construction during the period of "11th Five-Year Plan", the irrigation water using efficiency should be estimate to provide the basic date for the scientific decision of the notion and goal of water-saving agricultural development. In this paper, according to the head-tail analysis method, based on the synthetical investigation in Tianjing irrigation districts, typical irrigation districts with different scales and characteristics are selected as sample irrigation districts, related data was collected and essential field observation was conducted. Then the irri gation water using efficiency of sample irrigation districts are got. The data of different irrigation districts can be deduced by the typical sample irrigation districts. Finally the whole irrigation water using efficiency in Tianjin is estimated.
