摘 要:试验研究0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,与3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线相比,0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线单丝直径大,耐疲劳和耐磨损性能较好;以0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线用于12.00R2018PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,成品轮胎耐久性能和速度性能有所提高,轮胎质量减小,成本降低。The application of 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord in carcass ply of TBR tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that compared to the 3+9+15 × 0.22+0.15 steel cord, the 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord possessed larger diameter of filament,better fatigue property and wear resistance; by replacing 3+9+ 15 ×0.22+0.15 steel cord with 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord in the carcass ply of TBR tire,the endurance and high speed performance of finished tire was improved,and the tire weight and production cost were reduced.
