土压平衡盾构机穿越珠江施工重难点分析

摘　　要：针对盾构机过江施工中洞穿河堤,江底地质条件复杂,易出现喷涌现象,地层软硬不均,刀具磨损大等难度大、技术新、风险系数高等重难点问题,提出了盾构机类型的经济比选,给出了江底施工掘进参数和施工中出现的主要问题及解决的措施方法。There are some important and difficuh questions in EPB shield machine crossing river, such as perforating em- bankment, complicated geographical conditions at the bottom of the river, easy water spewing, combination of soft and hard stratum, tool wearing. Targeting at these difficult, new-tech and high-risk problems, this paper proposes an economical comparison for different EPB shield machine, tunneling coefficient for river bottom construction, as well as the main problems and solutions in construction.
