摘　　要：通过引入HACCP原理,对新型农村合作医疗运行过程中潜在的风险和危害进行识别、分析并采取有效措施加以预防控制,以保证新型农村合作医疗的正常运行。方法:根据风险和危害程度识别监测的关键点,采取有效措施予以有效控制。结果:在实际工作中应严格把握四个关键点,即新型农村合作医疗结构建设关、财务状况关、管理监督关和受益程度关。结论:在新型农村合作医疗运行中应用HACCP,对保障新型农村合作医疗的正常运行具有重要意义。Objective To identify,analyze, control and prevent potential risk and hazard by introducing the HACCP principle into the new rural cooperative medical system. Methods To adopt efficient measures to control the critical points identified from their risk and hazard. Results In practice, four critical points should be controlled, which include institution construction, financial condition, supervision and benefit. Conclusion It is significant to apply HACCP principle in the operation of new rural cooperative medical system.
