大口径直缝埋弧焊管生产技术与装备的新进展

摘　　要：近年来,随着世界各国经济以及全球油气输送管道建设的空前发展,油气输送用大口径焊管需求量大增,大口径直缝埋弧焊管机组由此得到快速发展,其生产工艺及装备水平均有长足的进步。简要描述了大口径直缝埋弧焊管生产工艺技术及生产装备的新进展,包括引弧板焊接、板边加工、预焊、内外埋弧焊、扩径、水压试验、探伤等工艺技术装备,以及其他方面的技术进步情况。Along with the unprecedented development of the global economy and oil/gas transport pipeline system construction, the demand for large-sized weld linepipes for oil/gas transport purpose is increased, which has led to the fast development of the large-sized SSAW pipe mills as manifested by the tremendous progresses concerning the manufacture processes and technological level of the equipment. Briefly described in the paper is the newly-made development of the manufacture processes and equipment for large-sized SSAW pipes, covering the equipment for such processes as run-out plate welding, plate trimming, pre-welding, internal/external submerged arc welding, expanding, hydrostatic testing and NDT, etc. And technical development of other aspects concerned is also described.
