摘　　要：为满足钢管生产企业对大直径钢管进行承压能力试验的需求,太原重型机械集团有限公司设计开发了大直径直缝焊管用40MN水压试验机。该水压试验机组试验压力高,适应产品规格广,生产节奏快。简述了该机组的设备构成、主要技术参数及试验流程;重点介绍了该机组流体系统的设备组成和参数设计以及设计特点等。To meet the demand by steel tube makers for pressure testing of large-sized steel tubes, a 40 MN hydrostatic testing line for large-sized straight welded tubes is development-designed by Taiyuan Heavy-duty Machinery Corp., Ltd. The testing line features high test pressure, broad size range and quick operation cycle. Briefed here are the equipment composition, main technical data and testing process flow of the line. Focused on are the equipment configuration, data design and design characteristics of the liquid system as an integrated part of the hydrostatic testing line.
