摘　　要：初步介绍了CMMI实施中试点的含义以及试点阶段在实施中的作用,并总结了企业在试点实施中遇到的主要困难并分析原因,为企业在实施中推荐了具体方法。鉴于企业实施的成熟度不同,进行试点实施的侧重点分析,以协助企业根据自己实施的成熟度来分析试点的要求。In this article, the author preliminary describes the effect of pilot＇s implication and pilot＇s phase in the CMMI implementation, and summarize and analyze the major difficulties according the experiences in the pilot implementation, recommended the methods in the implementation of the enterprises. Considering the implemented maturity is different of enterprises, the author focused analyze the pilot implementation, to assist the enterprises analyze the requirements of the pilot according the maturity in the implementation. At the same time, the author hopes to provide a simple guide of the pilot implementation to the EPG group in the most enterprises.
