摘 要:研究了泡沫铅的电沉积过程,考察了铅离子浓度、氟硼酸浓度、硼酸浓度、添加剂、阴极表观电流密度及温度等因素对电流效率和泡沫铅产物质量的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件为:铅离子质量浓度115g/L,氟硼酸质量浓度35g/L,硼酸质量浓度25g/L,添加剂蛋白胨质量浓度1.0g/L,阴极表观电流密度300A/m2,温度25℃。经扫描电镜分析所得泡沫铅产物孔隙率高,表面平整,且为三维开孔结构,可作为高性能铅酸电池电极材料。Electrodeposition of lead foam was investigated. The effects of the factors including concentration of Pb^2+, HBF4, HBO3, addition agents, cathode current density and temperature on current efficiency and quality of lead foam were addressed. Optimum conditions were determined as that 115 g/L [Pb^2+], 35 g/L for [HBF4], 25 g/L for [HBO3], 1.0 g/L for the concentration of peptone, 300 A/m^2 for cathode electric current density and 25 ℃ for electrolytic temperature. SEM analysis shows that the obtained lead foam has the advantages of smooth, high porosity and three-dimensional open-cell structure. And it can be used as the electrode material of high-performance lead-acid battery.
