摘 要:对于夏热冬冷地区,玻璃外窗和幕墙能耗损失在整个房屋建筑中占据很大比重,外窗幕墙的节能性直接关系到建筑的能耗和建筑节能65%的目标能否实现,同时也影响整幢建筑的运营费用。公共建筑作为夏热冬冷地区的一种建筑形式,在热工需求方面有其特殊性,探讨了夏热冬冷地区外窗节能的关键问题,提出"遮阳为主、采光合理"是夏热冬冷地区公共建筑外窗节能设计的基本设计原则,并特别指出双玻幕墙不宜在夏热冬冷地区大范围推广。In the hot summer and cold winter zone, energy loss of glass curtain walls and outer windows occupies large proportion in the overall housing construction, which not only directly relates to the energ'y consumption of the entire housing construction and building energy efficieney goals of sixty-five percent, but also has a direct impact on the overall housing operating costs. Public building has its particularity in thermal demand as a form of building in the hot summer and cold winter zone. The key energy efficiency issues for outer windows in the hot summer and cold winter zone were discussed, and "mainly Sunshade, reasonable lighting"is the basic design principle for euergy efficiency of the outer windows of public buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone. Breathing walls of double glass should not be promoted in a wide range of the hot summer and cold winter zone.
