环保型水乳剂专用乳化剂的研制

摘　　要：在前期开发的水乳剂专用乳化剂TYEW-1的基础上,以环保易降解的乳化剂单体脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚替代壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;并且调整了乳化剂中单体的质量比,最终筛选出的乳化剂的组成及质量比为:十二烷基苯磺酸钙:高分子聚羧酸盐分散剂:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:渗透剂JFC:聚乙二醇=4:3:1.5:2:0.01。与TYEW-1相比,其性能得到进一步优化,且解决了乳化剂存放易分层的问题。实验结果表明改进的水乳剂专用乳化剂TYEW-2适应范围更广,通用性更强,性能更加优异。Based on early development of EW special emulsifier TYEW-1, screen the environmental and easy degradation emulsifier, monomer polyxyethylene fatty alcohol alternative octylphenol polyoxyethylene. And improve the performance, adjust the monomer ratio of the emulsifier, then optimize its performance, solve some storage problems. Meanwhile, select registered EW pesticides in the same formula for validation tests to confirm the feasibility and rationality, as well as general of the special emulsifier. The experimental results show that the improved EW special emulsifier TYEW-2 has the broader scope, and more outstanding performance.
