摘 要:利用CFD方法模拟了冷、热水在两组同轴相向撞击流混合器中对撞混合的过程,并通过对混合器内速度、压强和温度场的分析,探讨了出口布局对其内流场的影响。结果表明,撞击流混合器内速度、压强和温度场均呈极不均匀的特点;出口位置的上、下改变对混合器内的压强分布影响显著,出口在上时对混合器和输液泵的密封性能要求以及对输液泵功率的要求均高于出口在下时的;两组同轴相向撞击流混合器的混合效果和效率俱佳。The impinging and mixing process of hot and cool water in two coaxial opposite direction impinging stream reactors was simulated using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method, and an approach was made -- of the influenceof the exit positions of the reactors on the internal flow field through the analyses of the velocity, pressure intensity, and temperature field in the reactors. The result shows that the reactors were characteristic of absolute unevenness in velocity, pressure intensity, and temperature field, the change of exit positions at high or low direction had an evident influence on the pressure intensity distribution in the reactors. When the exit position at high direction, the requirements of the seal performance of the reactors and infusion pumps were higher than those when the exit position at low direction. The effect and efficiency of the two coaxial opposite direction impinging stream reactors were both good
