摘　　要：介绍了洗衣机专用抗菌聚丙烯(PP)塑料的研制,描述了几种抗菌剂的筛选及对比、有机-无机复合抗菌剂添加量对抗菌效果的影响,以及此类抗菌聚丙烯塑料的抗菌原理及抗菌特性。将有机-无机复合抗菌聚丙烯在热力学、物理机械性能方面与非抗菌聚丙烯料进行了对比,分析了加工工艺对抗菌专用聚丙烯质量的影响。This paper introduced the R＆D of anti-bacterial PP material specialized for washing machine, compared several anti-bacterial agents and selected the most appropriate one, analyzed the effects of dosage of organicinorganic composite antimicrobial agent on its anti-bacterial result, and the anti-bacterial principle and characteristics of such anti-bacterial PP plastics. It also compared the organic-inorganic composite antibacterial PP material with non anti-bacterial PP material in terms of thermodynamic, physical and mechanical properties, and analyzed the effects of processing technology on the quality of anti-bacterial PP material.
