摘　　要：采用具有降温功能的冰凉纤维(ICECOOL)为原料,与棉进行交织生产新型针织面料,并通过功能性整理,使该面料具有吸湿排汗和抗紫外线功能。详述了该面料的编织工艺和染整工艺,并对该面料的降温、吸湿排汗和抗紫外线功能进行了测试,结果表明该面料的各项功能指标均满足设计要求,适合制作夏季户外运动服装。This paper uses the temperature-regulated ice cool fiber and cotton to produce knitted fabric. Through functional finishing, this kind fabric can achieve the properties of natural cooling down, moisture absorbency, sweat transferring and anti-ultraviolet radiation. This paper introduces in detail the knitting technology and dyeing technology, and tests the moisture absorbent, sweat transferring and anti -ultraviolet properties. The research results show that all the functional indices of this kind of fabric can meet the design requirements, and it is thus suitable for production of outdoor sports clothes in summer time.
