为适应高机号经编机改造整经机的方法

摘　　要：为减少企业投资,提高经济效益,使原先整E32(机号为32针/25.4mm)经编机盘头的整经机可以整E36(机号为36针/25.4mm)经编机的盘头,对整经机进行改造。介绍了长丝整经机和氨纶整经机的改造方法,主要包括:纱架上增加丝筒插座,更换集丝板,更换分纱筘上的分纱针块等。改造后机器运转正常,整经质量良好。In order to decrease investment and increase economic benefit, this paper makes some modifications to the beaming machines so that the original 32 needles/25.4 mm warp beam flange now can make beaming of 36 needles/25.4 mm. This paper introduces the modifying methods for filament beaming and polyurethane beaming, mainly including adding cheese seats on the creel, changing filament gathering unit and changing the separating leads of the guide rail. The results show that the machines run well and the beaming quality is good.
