中药研究及其资源开发应注意医药结合疗效优先

摘　　要：没有中医药学基本理论的指导,离开中医临床需要的依托,搞"纯中药"的研究是不可能的,也是无意义的。因此,中药研究,应当始终注意中医药学基本理论的指导,并与中医临床的实际需要紧密结合,服务于临床的实际需要,提高疗效和水平。从中药研究及其资源开发来看,应当医药结合,找准中药研究的立足点,搞好中药新药研发;将医药结合作为搞好濒危中药资源保护与利用的出发点与归宿。中药复方的研究应确保疗效优先,以确保和提高疗效为根本前提,以药效学的有效度作为中药复方研发的基本要求,分离提取及剂型选择应以确保和提高疗效为核心。It will be out of the question and meaningless to carry out and develop the pure Chinese medicine without the guidance of the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese pharmacy and that of traditional clinical necessity. Therefore, research in Chinese pharmacy should always focus on the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and it should integrate closely with the practical needs of clinical Chinese medicine and thus it can serve the practical clinical needs and improve the efficacy and the level of treatment. From the view of traditional Chinese pharmacy research and resource development, we should firstly orientate and identify our foothold of Chinese pharmacy research and do a good job in the research and development of new Chinese medicine to make the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacy the starting point and destination of protecting and utilizing endangered Species of Chinese pharmacy. The research of Chinese herbal compound should ensure the efficacy priority, ensure and enhance the effectiveness of treatment as a fundamental prerequisite and ensure the validity of pharmacodynamics as basic requirements of research and devel- opment of Chinese herbal compound. Finally the extraction and the choice of formulations should ensure and enhance the effectiveness of treatment as the core.
