锥序千斤拔的生药学初步研究

摘　　要：目的：为研究和开发蝶形花科千斤拔属植物锥序千斤拔Flemingia paniculata Wall. ex Benth.提供部分生药学研究的理论依据。方法：采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法对锥序千斤拔进行生药学初研。结果：锥序千斤拔根横切面主要特征为：木栓层4～7列细胞组成；韧皮部分泌细胞较多；木质部导管多呈单个或数个相聚；薄壁细胞及射线细胞有的含淀粉粒，棕色物及草酸钙方晶。结论：为同属植物的鉴别提供了参考依据。Objective ： To research and develop Papilionaceae Flemingia plant order cone Flemingia Remingia paniculata Wall. ex Benth. The article also provides the theoretical basis for research of its phannacognosy in part. Methods： The identification of traits, micro - identification, physical and chemical methods tO identify the cone of Flemingia are used to carry out research in early pharmacognosy. Results： The main features of the root cross- section of F. paniculata are： cork layer is composed of 4 to 7series of ceils; having more secrete cells in phloem; xylem tube mostly single or several together; ray cells and thin - walled cell with some starch grains, calcium oxalate and brown - hexagonal. Conclusion ： The results will be useful for the studies of pharmacognosy of other species.
