HPLC法测定不同地区地榆中地榆苷-Ⅰ的含量

摘　　要：对全国抽样的中药地榆中专属性成分地榆苷-Ⅰ进行含量测定。方法:本文采用高效液相色谱法对地榆药材中地榆苷-Ⅰ进行含量测定及方法学考察。结果:全国27批5个种的药材,地榆苷-Ⅰ含量在0.48%-3.01%之间。结论:高效液相色谱法可用于地榆中地榆苷-Ⅰ含量测定,各地用药地榆中地榆苷-Ⅰ含量差别较大。Objective ： To determine content of ziyu - glycoside - I from garden burnet root sampled from whole China. Methods： Content of ziyu - glycoside - I from garden burnet root was determined by HPLC and methodology was also inspected. Results： Contents of ziyu - glycoside - I from 5 species of garden burnet root were determined, and 27 batchs were from 0. 48% to 3.01%. Conclusion： HPLC technique can be used to deter- mine content of ziyu - glycoside - I from garden burnet root, and their content is different.
