摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定落叶石豆兰中广石豆兰素含量的方法。方法:落叶石豆兰粉碎后,用甲醇回流提取、过滤,取滤液进样。色谱仪为岛津LC-2010A,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(55:45),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为277nm。结果:在线性范围内,线性关系良好,方法回收率高。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确。Objective： A specific HPLC method was developed for the measurement of kwangtungensin in Bulbophyllum hirtum. Method： Analysis was carried out on Shimadzu LC -2010A HPLC. The separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB Cls column （5 p^m, 4.6mm x 250mm）, with acetonitrile - 0. 1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0mL ~ min-~ and the detective wavelength was 277nm. Result- A good linear relationship and the mean recovery was found within the range. Conclusion： This method is rapid, simple and accurate..
