摘　　要：介绍血府逐瘀汤的两个新用途:治疗重症肌无力和手部湿疹。认为从现代药理分析,血府逐瘀汤方半数以上的药物具有免疫抑制或抗变态反应等作用,重症肌无力属自身免疫性疾病,手部湿疹与变态反应有关,二者均具有反复发作和慢性迁延的特征,因而用血府逐瘀汤治疗该类疾病,既符合中医"久病、发作性疾病属瘀"的学术思想,又具有某些药理学的依据。Introduce two new applications of Xuefuzhuyu Tang： the treatment of myasthenia gravis and hand eczema. From the view of modern pharmacology, half of the above drugs of Xuefuzhuyu Tang has immune effects, such as restraining or resisting an allergy and so on, myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease and hand eczema is related to allergy, both of them with recurrent and Chronic persistent feature, thus treats this kind of disease with Xueuzhuyu Tang, both conform to academic thinking of the Chinese medicine that is aeipathia, the parox- ysmic disease are the stasis and has certain basis in pharmacology.
