摘　　要：巴纳德是社会系统学派的创始人,他首次将组织视为系统,把人作为理论基点来研究组织理论。从主体和客体两方面,总结了巴纳德权威理论的主要内容,进而研究了这一理论对图书馆馆长权威的有效发挥的启示和意义。Bamard,the founder of the social system school,regards organization as a whole system firstly,and researches the theory of organization based on human.This paper summarizes the main contents of Barnard＇s theory of authority from subject and object.At last,the paper studies the inspirations and signification in making full use of librarian authority according to Barnard＇s theory of authority.
