摘　　要：在红水河流域,居住着多个少数民族。该流域的人民在长期的历史发展进程中创造出了灿烂的文化,许多非物质文化遗产闻名于世。阐述了红水河流域少数民族非物质文化遗产资源的特点,指出了建设非物质文化遗产资源数据库的重要性。在明确数据库建设内容的基础上,提出了建设红水河流域少数民族非物质文化遗产资源数据库的建设性意见。Some ethnic minorities,living near the red river watershed,have been creating the glorious cuhure,including many well-known intangible cultural heritage in the world,in the process of development of the long history.This paper illustrates the characteristics of its cultural heritage,points out the importance of database construction,and puts forward some constructive advice on the basis of making clear the database contents.
