摘　　要：化学品工业作为国民经济的基础与支柱，一方面，给现代社会的发展带来了巨大的好处，另一方面，很容易发生群死群伤事故。本文借鉴了发达国家在危险化学品监管方面的经验，在此基础上构建起危险化学品禁忌智能识别与决策支持系统平台，这对危险化学品在生产、使用、流通、废弃处置以及相关工艺过程中进行危险性分析、隐患治理以及化学事故调查和事故原因分析等方面具有重要参考价值。The chemical industry is the foundation and the prop of the national economy. On one hand, it has brought huge advantage for modern society＇s development, On the other hand, it＇s easy to have the group -die the group-wound accident. This article has profited from the developed country in the dangerous chemical supervision aspect experience, we build up the decision support system of haz- ardous chemicals taboo identification. This has an important reference value for risk analysis, hidden danger governance, as well as chemical accident investigation and analysis of the cause in the process of chemical-producing, using and circulation.
