摘　　要：E-HR是一个复杂的企业内部化信息系统,选择一个合适的应用框架,能够从根本上提高开发效率,减少应用代码,提高重用性和扩展性。Struts,Spring和Hibernate是目前比较流行的3种开源框架,分析了这3种框架各自的特点,在SSH整合框架的基础上,结合E-HR中的员工信息模块的实现,说明了SSH框架的具体应用。The applied research of E-HR system based on SSHE-HR is a complex enterprise information system. Choosing a suitable framework for this large-scale web project can fundamentally improve development efficiency, reusability and scalability. Currently, there are three popular open-source frameworks, Struts, spring and Hibernate. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the framework and the integrated framework SSH, this paper shows the specific application of the framework by realizing the file management module of the E-HR system.
