计算化学网格中数据传输服务的实现

摘　　要：数据传输是计算化学网格环境中一个基本的数据管理服务。对网格数据传输协议GridFTP进行了探讨,研究该协议在标准的文件传输协议FTP基础上扩展的第3方控制传输、条状传输和并行传输等功能。在基于Linux的Globus Toolkit 4(GT4)平台上,成功部署了GridFTP服务;根据第3方控制数据传输体系结构和传输过程,利用Java CoG Kit开发了一个图形界面的客户端,实现了安全高效的数据传输服务。Data transfer is an important data management service in computing chemistry grid environment. In this paper, the requirements of data transfer are analyzed, and the grid data transfer protocol （GridFTP） is discussed, it extends standard FTP protocol and supports third party control of data transfer, striped data transfer, parallel data transfer, etc. The service of data transfer is deployed in computing chemistry grid based on LAN. According to the architecture and process of third party control of data transfer, the graphical interface of client of third party control of data transfer is developed by Java CoG Kit, a convenient, secure and high performance of data transfer service is implemented.
