摘 要:近年来抗磨材料广泛地应用于工业生产的各个领域,因此对抗磨材料的研究也越来越引起国内外的广泛重视。通过对抗磨材料发展历程的分析,总结出几点开发思路,以期能够对今后抗磨材料的开发应用起到一定的作用。其核心就是材料组织方面以"强韧性基体+硬质颗粒状碳化物"为发展目标,以传统材质——高锰钢及其改性研究为重点之一,以节能降耗为努力方向。The anti-wear materials have been applied to many industrial fields in recent years, so more and more people begin to realize the significance of researching anti-wear materials. This paper summarizes several important developing thoughts of anti-wear materials by analyzing their developing history. in order to act on the anti-wear materials' develapment and application in the future. The developing thoughts can be stated as followed, taking strong and tough matrix and hard grained carbide' as its microstructure development goals, the high manganese steel and its modification as one of emphases, and 'enerey conservation and consumption reduction' as its struggling direction.
