摘  要:为了实现非回转体类零件的精密电铸成形,提高电铸层的质量和电铸速度,文章提出了阴极平动式摩擦辅助精密电铸,在电铸液中充满陶瓷微珠等一类硬质粒子,阴极在平动机构的驱动下做平动,使硬质粒子不断摩擦和撞击阴极表面。通过对金属镍的电铸实验表明:阴极平动式摩擦辅助精密电铸能很好地去除沉积层表面的针孔、麻点等缺陷,获得的电铸层外表面Ra值达到0.016μm。阴极平动式摩擦辅助精密电铸能有效地改变电铸层的组织结构,细化晶粒,提高电铸层的机械性能。In order to improve the quality of the deposition layer and increase the electroforming rate of non-rotational parts, this paper presents a new electroforming technology, abrasive polishing assisted precision electroforming using orbital movement cathode. The cathode driven by the translational mechanism moves in the electroforming solutions which fill with hard particles such as ceramic beads, and the hard particles could continuously polish the deposition surface. By the comparison test of nickel electrodepositing, it is found that abrasive polishing with hard particles could effectively eliminate the pinholes and remove the surface nodules by mechanical grinding. The smooth deposition surface of Ra 0. 016μm has been obtained. The microstructure has been effectively changed, and then the grain refining and the improved mechanical properties have been experimentally obtained.
