摘　　要：在阐述轮轨间的粘着和空转产生机理的基础上，提出了机车防空转系统的设计原则。就ＳＳ８电力机车防空转系统试验结果做了详尽分析，指出其控制存在的缺陷和造成小雨天频繁空转的原因。This paper gives the adhesive principle between wheel and rail and puts forward the design methods of a locomotive's anti slip system.According to the analysis on the test results of SS 8 locomotive, the reason of wheel slipping frequently when it is rainning has been pointed out.
