摘  要:对甘蔗8个亲本品种及其选配的15个组合生物量的配合力分析表明,甘蔗的生物量遗传主要是由基因加性效应决定的;母本gca方差大于父本gca方差,说明甘蔗生物量育种中母本选择的重要性。地上部鲜重的hB2在70%以上,暗示它在早期阶段选择效果较好。研究发现生物量gca效应高的亲本为Co1001,Cp72-1210和ya90-33,可作为生物量育种的亲本加以利用。根据配合力总效应评价组合,认为Co1001×Ya89-26、Co419×Ya90-33、Co1001×Ya90-33、Co1001×Ya73-226、Cp72-1210×Ya90-33、Cp72-1210×Ya73-226是生物量高的组合,可以用于甘蔗的高生物量育种。The analysis of the biomass combining ability on 8 sugarcane parental varieties and their 15 crosses indicated that the inheritance of biomass was mainly determined by additive gene effect. The larger gca variances of female parent compared with that of male parent suggested that the female parent is much more important in sugarcane breeding for biomass. The broad sense heritability (h B 2) of aerial part fresh weight was above 70%, which means that the selection efficiency will be better at the early stage in breeding procedure. It was found that Co1001, Cp72-1210 and Ya90-33 were parents with high biomass general combining ability (gca) effects and could be used as parents of biomass breeding. Parental combinations were evaluated on their total combining ability (tca) effects. Co1001×Ya89-26,Co419×Ya90-33,Co1001×Ya90-33, Co1001×Ya73-226,Cp72-1210×Ya90-33 and Cp72-1210×Ya73-226 were considered to be high biomass crosses and could be used in sugarcane breeding program for high biomass.
