摘  要:染料木素是大豆的主要代谢产物之一,是一种天然的异黄酮。体内外研究发现染料木素能抑制多种肿瘤细胞生长,它可以调节与细胞增殖和细胞凋亡相关的基因;抑制NF-κB和Akt信号转导途径;潜在地抑制血管发生和病灶转移以及对放疗、化疗有增敏作用。本文综述了染料木素在抗肿瘤及其机制方面的研究进展。Genistein, a natural isoflavone, is a major metabolite of soy. Both in vivo and in vitro studies have found that genistein can inhibit the growth of various cancer lines. It has been shown that genistein can modulate the genes which are related to cell cycle and apoptosis. It has also been reported that genisten inhibits the activation of NF-κB and Akt signaling pathway. Genistein is found to be a potent inhibitor of anglogenesis and metastasis, and it is known to sensitize the antitumor effects of ehemotherapies. In this review, we try to introduce the current state of knowledge about genistein' s application and its mechanism on cancer chemoprevention.
