摘  要:对芦丁比色法测定银杏叶黄酮含量的影响因子──样品杂质分离、显色温度、显色时间、显色剂用量等进行了系统试验筛选,确定适宜的测定方法为:风干碎样经乙醚脱色甲醇抽提纯化的沸水溶解波先后用0.5m15%NaNO2、0.5mll0%Al(NO3)3、2ml4%NaOH于30℃显色,10~60分钟内于彼长510nm处测定。The factors influencing the reliability of colorimetric analysis as used in ginkgo leaf flavon determination, including separation of sample impurities, developing temperature, developing time, and developer dosage , were tested. Results showed that the optimum analytical conditions and procedures are as follows. First, dry,pulverize and decolorize with ether the sample. Then, purify the sample by extraction with methyl alcohol. Next,mix the sample solution with 0. 5 ml 5% NaNO2, 0. 5 ml 10% Al (NO3)3, and 2 ml 4%NaOH, and develop at 30℃ for from 10 to 60 minutes. Finally, analyse the sample at thewave length of 510 nm.
