摘　　要：目的探讨中医药治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效评价方法。方法根据前两轮专家问卷的结果,编制中医药治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效评价方法专家问卷,向全国30位专家发送问卷调查,采用德尔菲法对问卷结果进行分析。结果在疾病疗效评价方法中,全胸片、症状、体温、肺部听诊、主症积分减少均数(x-)>1.5,满分比(K)>0.5,变异系数(CV)<0.4;在构成证候的指标变化的评价中,发热、咳嗽、喘促、肺部听诊、全胸片的x-值>1.5,K值>0.5,CV值<0.4;在主要结局指标的评价中,喘促、肺部听诊的K值为1,CV值为0。结论全胸片、症状、体温、肺部听诊可入选疾病疗效评价指标;咳嗽、肺部听诊、X射线全胸片等可入选小儿病毒性肺炎主要证候指标;其中喘促、肺部听诊为重要的结局指标。Objective To study the methods for evaluating effect of TCM treatment for children virus pneumonia. Methods On the basis of the outcome of analysis made on the previous two turns of questionnaires,the third turn of questionnaires was prepared to investigate the effect evaluation method of TCM treatment for children virus pneumonia.They were distributed to 30 experts in this field all over the country.The questionnaire was analyzed with the method of Delphi Measurement. Results Chest Xray,symptoms,body temperature,lung auscultation and main symptoms＇ score reduction were very important in disease effect evaluation,the mean number more than 1.5,the ratio of full score higher than 0.5 and the coefficient of variation less than 0.4;cough,lung auscultation,chest Xray and so on were main components in the syndrome,and the mean number,the ratio of full score and the coefficient of variation was 2,1and 0 respectively;dyspnea,lung auscultation and chest Xray were main final result index and the ratio of full score and the coefficient of variation was 1 and 0 respectively. Conclusion Chest Xray,symptoms,body temperature and lung auscultation are very important in disease effect evaluation;cough and lung auscultation are main components in the syndrome;dyspnea and lung auscultation are main final result index.
