摘　　要：胃肠道病症在妊娠妇女中很常见。胃肠道病症临床上常常用中枢性多巴胺阻断剂作为镇吐药物。多巴胺阻断剂可能导致静坐不能。由于激素改变和其它因素的影响，妊娠妇女更易发生镇吐药物所致的静坐不能。伴随静坐不能出现的精神病症可能被误诊为精神疾病。Gastrointestinal disorders was common in pregnant women. The disorders were often treated with antiemetic medications that block central dopaminergic neurotransmission. Dopamine antagonists could cause akathisia. The level of hormonal changed and other factors may result in severe antiemetic - induced akathisia of the pregnant women at increasing risk. The mental symptoms accompanying akathisia could be misinterpreted as mental illness.
