丽申宝在体外受精-胚胎移植超促排卵治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析丽申宝在体外受精-胚胎移植（ in - vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, IVFET）超促排卵治疗中的效果。方法将130例行IVF—ET的女性不孕患者分为丽申宝组和普丽康组，每组各65例，比较两组的获卵数、MⅡ数、正常受精卵数、卵裂数、用药天数、用药剂量、用药费用、妊娠率及冷冻胚胎率等。结果两组的获卵数、MⅡ数、受精数、卵裂数、用药天数、妊娠率及冷冻胚胎率无显著差异（P〉0．05），而用药剂量和用药费用有显著差异。结论用丽申宝在IVF—ET超促排卵治疗中，获得适宜的卵泡发育及胚胎冷冻率。丽申宝具有与普丽康相同的促排卵效果，获得比较满意的妊娠率，对IVF—ET的并发症无明显影响，而价格相对便宜，且安全有效，不失为我们在IVF—ET超促排卵治疗中相对经济实惠的用药选择。Objective To analysis the effect of Urofollitropin for injection （ uFSH - HP） on ovulation stimulation regimens for in - vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（ IVF - ET）. Methods One huandred and thirty infertile women undertaken the operation of IVF - ET were divided into two groups applied with uFSH - HP and Puregon re- spectively. There were 65 patients in per - group and the sum of the ovum taken, MII and the spermiovum, the ratio of the frozen embryo and the pregnancy rate, the cleavage and the dosage, the time and the cost of the two kind of the drugs were analysised. Results The differences were statistical significance on the dose and the cost, but there was no statistical difference on the other data comparied. Conclusion It was safe and cheap of uFSH - HP on the IVF - ET.
