小麦种子蛋白图谱鉴定技术的应用

摘  要:采用一种新型电泳方法,研究了山东省小麦生产上重要品种的电泳图谱特征。莱州953、鲁麦14、鲁麦15、烟农15和鲁麦1号品种蛋白图谱的特征谱带分别是1.45cm、1.65cm、6.15cm、7.15cm和5.55cm。它们的图谱符合系数在49.35%~68.75%。这种电泳技术分离性能强,能将来自同一组合的鲁麦5号、鲁麦8号和鲁麦11相互区别开。这3个品种的符合系数高达60%~71.88%,表明遗传上非常相似。这些在小麦种子检验和杂交育种中将有着重要意义。The electrophoregrans of currently important cultivars in Shandong were characterized by a new protein electrophoresis method. It was revealed that the unique bands were 1.45cm,1.65cm,6.15cm,7.15cm and 5.55cm for Laizhou 953,Lumai 14,Lumai 15,Yannong 15 and Lumai 1,respectively. The coefficients of pattern homology between them ranged from 49.35% to 68.75%.The superb separation power of the method could distinguish between Lumai 5,Lumai 8 and Lumai 11 bred from a same cross.All three cultivars had a high average pattern homology of about 68%,suggesting a close genetic relationship. The findings would be Significant in wheat seed testing and breeding.
