摘　　要：临床思维是对医学知识和医疗经验进行合理运用的认识活动,对学生临床思维能力培养是医学教学的重要目标,同时思维活动的正确与否直接关系到对病人诊疗的成败。认清目前影响中医临床辨证思维的因素对于教学、科研、临床都具有极其重要的意义。本文从病名局限性、概念机械类比、处方思维西医化、科研处方静态性及临床治疗标本缓急问题等5方面提出影响中医临床辨证思维的因素,以期为更好继承发展中医提供帮助。Clinical thinking is a process of understanding and rational application of the learned medical knowledge and experience, and it is an important part in cultivation of student＇s clinical thinking. Correct or incorrect process of thinking directly affects accurate diagnosis. It is important to know the factors that affect clinical thinking, which is significant to teaching, scientific research and clinical practice. Five factors that affect clinical thinking are raised in the paper, for example, limitation of disease names, mechanical analogy of conception, prescription formulated based on Western medicine, static prescribing a formula, and regardless of acute and chronic conditions.
