摘  要:选择24日龄体况良好、平均体重为(7.09±0.09)kg的DLY断奶仔猪96头,按性别、窝别相同原则随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4头,分别饲喂A(不添加二甲酸钾)、B(添加0.9%二甲酸钾)、C(添1.8%二甲酸钾)和D(添加3.6%二甲酸钾)4种日粮,考察二甲酸钾对断奶仔猪生产性能和养分消化率的影响。试验期为28d,在第29天每个重复屠宰1头猪,收集胃和回肠末端的食糜测定其pH值。结果表明:(1)断奶仔猪日粮中二甲酸钾的添加量为0.9%时,试验猪的日增重较日粮中添加0%,1.8%和3.6%组相比分别提高了14.1%(P<0.1)、7.3%(P>0.1)和15.0%(P<0.1)。(2)与日粮中二甲酸钾添加量为0%、1.8%和3.6%相比,添加量为0.9%的日粮中粗蛋白质的表观消化率分别提高了4.7%(P<0.1)和2.32%(P>0.1)和5.96%(P<0.1),而对能量与脂肪消化率差异不显著。(3)胃中pH值随着二甲酸钾添加量的提高而降低,而回肠末端的pH值无显著变化。(4)日粮中添加3.6%二甲酸钾时降低断奶仔猪的生产性能。A single factor design was conducted to explore the effects of potassium diformat (KDF)at 3 doses on growth performance and nutrients digestibility in weaned piglets.96 DLY weaned piglets of (7.09±0.09)kg of body weight were distributed in a completely randomized design into 4 treatments with 6 replicates of 4 weaned piglets.The KDF level of group A,B,C and D was 0 % ,0.9 %, 1.8 % and 3.6 %,respectively.The trial period was 28 days and 1 weaned piglet of each replicate was slaughtered on the 29th day and took out the stomach and the terminal ileum rapidly for examining the pH value of endogenetic substance.The results showed: (1)ADG was inereased by 14.1%(P 〈 0.1 ),7.3 %(P 〉 0.1 ), 15.0 %(P 〈 0.1 ),respectively in 0.9 % KDF compared to 0 %, 1.8 % and 3.6 % KDF group.(2)The apparent digestibility of protein was increased by 4.7 %(P 〈 0.1),2.32 %(P 〉 0.1)and 5.96 %(P 〈 0.1)in the 0.9 % KDF compared to 0 %, 1.8 % and 3.6 % KDF group,but the KDF had no significant influence on the apparent digestibility of DE and EE.(3)pH value of endogenetic substance in stomach was lower with the increasing level of KDF,but there was no significant change in terminal ileum. (4)Supplementation of 3.6 % KDF decreased the growth performance of weaned piglets.
