摘  要:将160只30日龄的三黄肉鸡随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组在此基础上分别添加50、100、150mg/kg的10%牛至油预混剂来研究牛至油对肉鸡生产性能和血液指标的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加牛至油提高了肉鸡的生产性能、氮沉积率和血液免疫、抗氧化指标,其中试验2组比对照组日增重(ADG)提高了6.51%(P<0.01),料肉比(FCR)降低了5.12%(P<0.05),氮沉积率提高了3.18%(P<0.05);血清补体C3含量比对照组提高了8.7%(P<0.05),补体C4含量提高了29.70%(P<0.01),血清免疫球蛋白(IgG)含量提高了9.27%(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量提高了6.85%(P<0.05),日粮中添加牛至油100mg/kg效果较好。One hundred and sixty 30-day ages broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replications per group and 10 broilers per replication.The control group fed on corn-soybean meal diet,the trial groups fed on the basal diet adding with 50,100,150 mg/kg 10 % origanum oil respectively.The results showed:that diets adding with origanum oil improved the growth performence,the nitrogen deposition rate and blood immune and antioxidant indexes on broiler.The trial group 2,comparing to the control,the (ADG)improved 6.51% (P 〈 0.01),the feed conversion ratio (FCR) failed 5.12 % (P 〈 0.05);the deposition rate of nitrogen improved 3.18 % (P 〈 0.05);the content of serum complement 3 (C3), complement 4 (C4) ,immunoglobulin G(IgG) ,and superoxide dismutase (SOD) improved 8.7 % (P 〈 0.05) ,29.70 % (P 〈 0.01 ),9.27 %(P 〈 0.05 ) and 6.85 % (P 〈 0.05)respectively.It concluded that diets supplemented origanum oil of 100 mg/ kg was the best.
