牛至油对肉鸡生产性能和血液指标的影响

摘　　要：将160只30日龄的三黄肉鸡随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验组在此基础上分别添加50、100、150mg/kg的10%牛至油预混剂来研究牛至油对肉鸡生产性能和血液指标的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加牛至油提高了肉鸡的生产性能、氮沉积率和血液免疫、抗氧化指标,其中试验2组比对照组日增重(ADG)提高了6.51%(P<0.01),料肉比(FCR)降低了5.12%(P<0.05),氮沉积率提高了3.18%(P<0.05);血清补体C3含量比对照组提高了8.7%(P<0.05),补体C4含量提高了29.70%(P<0.01),血清免疫球蛋白(IgG)含量提高了9.27%(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量提高了6.85%(P<0.05),日粮中添加牛至油100mg/kg效果较好。One hundred and sixty 30-day ages broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replications per group and 10 broilers per replication.The control group fed on corn-soybean meal diet,the trial groups fed on the basal diet adding with 50,100,150 mg/kg 10 % origanum oil respectively.The results showed：that diets adding with origanum oil improved the growth performence,the nitrogen deposition rate and blood immune and antioxidant indexes on broiler.The trial group 2,comparing to the control,the （ADG）improved 6.51% （P 〈 0.01）,the feed conversion ratio （FCR） failed 5.12 % （P 〈 0.05）;the deposition rate of nitrogen improved 3.18 % （P 〈 0.05）;the content of serum complement 3 （C3）, complement 4 （C4） ,immunoglobulin G（IgG） ,and superoxide dismutase （SOD） improved 8.7 % （P 〈 0.05） ,29.70 % （P 〈 0.01 ）,9.27 %（P 〈 0.05 ） and 6.85 % （P 〈 0.05）respectively.It concluded that diets supplemented origanum oil of 100 mg/ kg was the best.
