摘 要:从采煤机工作机构载荷的特点出发,在提高滚筒寿命和硬煤截割能力方面,指出重型螺旋滚筒特有的作用,即耐磨损能力,并揭示飞轮效应在采煤机工作机构上的应用机理。通过建立滚筒运动的动能与势能转换关系模型,提出了螺旋滚筒上产生附加惯性扭矩和附加动态截割强度概念,确立了滚筒的运动波动量与转动惯量的关系,为减小采煤机工作时的振动、设计合理的滚筒提供了必要的理论依据。Based on the load characteristics of shearer cutting drum, the extraordinary function of heavy cutting drum, i.e. wear resistant capacity is pointed out, which could raise cutting drum life and capacity of cutting hard coal. And the application mechanism of flywheel effect is revealed on operating mechanism. According to the conversion model of kinetic energy and potential energy, the concepts of additional inertial torque and additional dynamic cutting intensity are put forward and the relationship between the fluctuation quantity and the moment of inertia of cutting drum is established It provides the necessary theoretical basis for decreasing the shearer vibration and designing reasonable structure of cutting drum.
